Ikelos was founded on the principle that many independent consultants can benefit from having access to low-cost consulting support services. These services allow our clients to focus on their own expertise, increasing the benefits that they derive from a project-based workload.

From this initial premise, the firm has evolved to provide more complete solutions to this group of specialists. At Ikelos, it is not enough to provide support services to a distinguished clientele. Ikelos seeks also to bring true economy to the consulting environment, putting quality and productivity front and centre in our own organization and our dealings with others.

Team Principals

The Ikelos team combines a long-standing commitment to fast, effective and efficient work with a penchant for quick learning and cooperative client relations. Ikelos principals Brandt Falkenhagen and Matthew Houlden play a lead role in each Ikelos engagement.

Brandt Falkenhagen

Experiences in government and industry over five years have more than prepared Brandt for his role as an operations leader at Ikelos, responsible for the development of services and products, and for the effective integration of the two.

Brandt has supplemented a Masters of Economics with experiences as an economic consultant with a fast-paced, international consultancy. In this capacity, Brandt refined his capabilities as an administrator, researcher, analyst and team player.

Matthew Houlden

Matthew Houlden is an accomplished researcher and applied information technology leader with Ikelos Corp. Responsible for finding innovative approaches to each task, Matthew's experience as an IT professional takes each Ikelos endeavour to the competitive edge and beyond.

The Name

The name Ikelos is drawn from mythology. Ikelos was the assistant to the god of dreams, Morpheus, and was responsible for taking dreams and crafting them into reality. Ikelos Corp. was formed with the same principles in mind: to take the desires of our clients and transform them into reality.
