The Voluntary Sector Intangibles Knowledge Base

The voluntary sector intangibles knowledge base is designed to be a one-stop source of information for voluntary sector researchers. The area of particular interest to this knowledge base is the intersection between the economic valuation of intangibles and accountability in the voluntary sector. As such, we are interested in a range of related topics, including:

• Measurement of outcomes in the voluntary sector;
  
• Valuation of intangibles; and
  
• For-profit measurement of intangibles (e.g. Triple bottom line, corporate social responsibility).
  

We are motivated by the desire to find, define and develop tools to help the voluntary sector compete more effectively for limited resources in the NGO marketplace.
